Andrew

Andrew Capitelli is an accomplished transactional business attorney and an experienced litigator.

In healthcare, he assists all levels of providers in successfully navigating compliance and regulatory challenges. From solo providers to group practices, hospitals and hospital systems, he ensures corporate formation, governance, compliance, contract negotiation and mergers and acquisitions meet client goals and function effectively in a complex environment. He serves as general counsel to several hospitals and physician practice groups to ensure ongoing needs are met. He is an adjunct professor at the University of New Orleans, where he teaches Healthcare Ethics, Law and Policy to students in the Healthcare Management Program.

His corporate transactional experience serves as a touchstone for new and existing businesses, from formation through all stages of growth, acquisition and development. Strategic, sound guidance toward client goals remains his steadfast focus.

As a versatile litigator, he is active in governmental liability defense, civil rights defense, commercial litigation and healthcare disputes, among other matters.  He also represents numerous homeowner and condominium associations throughout the state. He is the firm’s Managing Partner.
