Sarah Fisher Constantine practices in the areas of business transactions and healthcare compliance, including the corporate governance, contract negotiation, physician contracts, corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, behavioral health, durable medical equipment and general business sectors. Sarah also practices in the area of Estate Planning & Probate.

She has earned multiple honors early in her career and has achieved success in both litigation and transactional practice areas. 

Sarah is both a traditional notary public and is authorized under LA-R.S. 35:621 et seq. to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON), providing secure and convenient notarization services for both clients and non-clients through digital platforms.
