Caitlin Rodzik is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on civil defense litigation and representation of businesses in a wide range of disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin Rodzik served as a felony prosecutor, where she developed substantial courtroom and trial experience handling complex criminal matters from investigation through verdict. As a prosecutor, she managed a significant caseload, conducted evidentiary hearings and jury trials, and worked closely with law enforcement agencies, victims, and witnesses to achieve just outcomes. Caitlin earned a Juris Doctor Certificate in Maritime Law, providing a strong foundation in admiralty and maritime legal principles, complementing a broader interest in complex litigation and regulatory matters.
